About the Who's Online Feature of NepalMatrimonial.com
With this feature, other members of NepalMatrimonial.com will be
able to know when you are logged into NepalMatrimonial.com. For
this, Check Who's Online feature which lists members who are currently
online. This feature helps members to get noticed and get more contacts
from other members. So why not login and get noticed?

If you forget your Profile ID
You do not need your Profile ID to login. To know your Profile ID
login to your account using your email id and password. You can see
your Profile ID on the My Matrimonial page. |

If you forget your Password
If you have forgotten your password by any chance, click
on "forgot my Password" link in the index page and follow
the instructuins.You will receive your password immediately in your
email. |

To change your Profile ID that you chose during registration
NepalMatrimonial.com
does not allow you to change your Profile ID since it is used as a
unique identifier in several places within the system. Therefore we
recommend that you choose your Profile ID carefully. Exceptions will
be made solely at the discretion of NepalMatrimonial.com Customer
Relations. |

To change your password
To change your password, follow the steps below:

- On the left of your screen, click the Change Password option
under the heading My Account.
- Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Change
password' button to change your password.

- On the left of your screen, click the Edit Information option
under the head My Account.
- Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Edit Information'
